Our ward Christmas party

Tom got the "opportunity" to be santa for our ward party. He actually was cornered and wilfully volunteered to do it.
We had to stuff his suit with our coats so that his belly would go with the rest of the outfit.
The kids absolutley loved him though. It was so cute to watch all of the little ones get excited. Theyjust couldn't wait to sit on santa's lap

Babymoon (Hawaii)

In October the fam (minus Whitney and Brad) went to Kuai, Hawaii for a bit of R&R. Our last getaway before the baby comes.We did some fun things. These first pics. are of a helecoptor tour. Our life preservers around our waist, just in case. Brandon Tom, Marc, Aimee and Jill

Lounging out on the beach. We were snorkeling. So awesome! Tom actually got to touch a sea turtle. Too bad we couldn't bring our camerea out! Tom getting his gear on to snorkle. It was hilarious watching him try to walk to the water in those flippers!

We ate brunch/lunch/dinner, a whole package thing at the hotel you see here. oh, the food was good, we all stuffed ourselves pretty well.

Uh, I don't think those are quite the right size. Mom, Aimee and I (plus Tom) went shopping at a local market and had to take a picture. He looks so happy to be out with us. Actually Tom was a good sport. The only other option was to go golfing with the bros or play on the beach, of which we were worn out from earlier

We caught the red eye plane ride home. I will never go on a plane that travels overnight. You can't sleep! It's impossible with all the noise and cramped space in coach. Matt, Emily, Shane, and Jamie all had to fly home a day earlier than us. Bummer

Our humble abode

In july Toms parents came to help improve our Humble abode. What a job it was putting siding on, but the boys did great! What a difference the before and after pictures make!
